How long does it take a user to purchase an album? What can we learn from the user flow, or the steps that users take, to purchase an album?
Participants
Five participants. Three males, two females. Between the ages of 18 and 75.
Methodology
Ten minutes per participant Lagos, Nigeria. Usability Study (moderated and unmoderated). Users were asked to perform tasks in a low fidelity prototype
The Goal
To make the buying process easy and fast.
