MEDALARM
The Problem
People often forget to log their medication intake or dismiss notification without taking action, leading to inconsistent medication adherence and potential health risk.
The Goal
Develop a user- friendly mobile app as well as responsive website that helps manage their medication schedules effectively by sending timely reminders, track doses taken, and providing a clear visual representation of their medication regimen.
Summary
MEDALARM was designed to help keep track of drug usage/ prescriptions, hence remind people of all ages to use their drugs.
I conducted user interviews, which I turned into empathy maps to better understand the target user and their needs. In the process of understanding pain points, I discovered that most people need a straight to the point response, which makes users finish their user journey faster.

FINAL DESIGN
What I learned…
When the user painpoints and user experience are paramount to the designer, it helps improve the user interface. I need to follow up with better UI with more designs and interactions aas well as conduct a follow up usability study.
